This isn't just a poorly run business; it’s a predatory scam operating out of a dumpster. I purchased an a couple items that didn't work out of the bo as advertised. In any reputable American establishment, you return a defective product for a refund. Not here. They hidden-hand you a 'no returns' policy that was never disclosed at the time of sale, effectively stealing your money in exchange for their literal trash. This is fraud, plain and simple. They rely on bait-and-switch tactics and a total lack of transparency to survive because their service and products certainly won't. Do yourself a favor: shop literally anywhere else. Let this place crumble under the weight of its own incompetence and filth. I will never step foot in this disaster again.

Desi provided great customer service! He helped me with everything I needed and even guided me in replacing my headlight bulb so I learned something new. He was also super patient and answered all my questions. I am grateful for the help!

This place is awesome because of people like Odie , not only was he great at finding the right product he did it with a smile the entire time . Employees like Odie will be the reason why I will keep coming back. Fantastic customer service, he was also able to remove a stubborn sticker on my windshield for free - don’t see this type of customer service anymore . Big congratulations to Odie !
