This shop changed my steering knuckle and wheel bearing. I paid 200 for the job, my vehicle was inspected by Chris (the owner) 5 minutes after the job was done. So apparently I got a bad part off of eBay motors, it was bad from the factory. It was loose. I was given every assurance it was safe and drivable and done. Inspected cleared. I made it 15 miles from his shop going to Bristol and I started to hear something. I get to Bristol notice a line in my rotor. I get back home there’s some noise and I figure I’ll take it back to his shop and have them remove what got stuck in their shop. The worker took the wheel caliper and breaks off. Say nothings there throw everything back on grease the caliper and throw it back on. Test drive it. No noise(later found out from another mechanic it’s from them over greasing things that don’t normally need grease to keep noise down. I make it to Marion to get new pads and rotors put on and the car is steering weird and really noisy. Mechanic comes starts to replace everything and starts hollering for me to come over. This “safe” bearing is ready to come off the car. I’ll post the video if google lets me. Less than 60 miles from inspection this thing isn’t safe to move across a parking lot. I reached out to Chris’s people and he called me. Refuses to do anything. Says it’s going to cost the same or more. Says it’s not his fault I bought a bad part and he didn’t catch it. And at last he told me to call his inspection trooper. I did as did my new mechanic. They made it clear due to major safety issues and negligence he will be loosing his inspection license again. It’s not about warrantied parts it’s about not properly inspecting your work and not doing any inspection other than lights and horn. My car was never not once put on a lift. This safety error could have caused a lot of damage or even taken some lives. Be careful.

Their parts supplier has caused me to be without my only means of transportation since Friday of last week and it won't be done until Friday of this week (if it gets finished tomorrow).
