I have a 2023 Mercedes Benz sprinter van. And had no one to work on this van with computer experience. Need to find someone who can help me out and do the job with equipment. I was driving by and saw Rollins Automotive and it is new and opened. I had stopped in and immediately meet with Mike the technician. Ask him if he would be able to help on this new van getting messages with the DEF fluid and has a specific amount of time to start. He said he could do it now. I said go to it. He had up to date equipment and started . Within about 30 to 45 minutes later. He had it all done. I was so amazed with his work, experience, professional in the way he communicated with you. I told him that I found a new garage to have work done, along with my other 2 vehicles that will be going to him also. Very impressed. These guys were so easy to work with. I explained my situation (temperature gauge not working and my cooling fans running continuous) and that I had to leave that evening for a state wrestling tournament 5 hours away. They got me in right away, diagnosed my problem and fixed all within an hour!!
