This is a very small auto garage with an even smaller Interstate Battery logo displayed on the window. I was directed to this location by google because I needed to replace my car battery under warranty. The elderly men hanging out, yapping in the garage were nice in reporting that I would need to go to Interstate ALL BATTERY Center a few miles away for that service. If you find yourself in a situation like me, bypass this location.

I had a issue with getting a battery insatall. Posted a review on my experience. With in minutes I got a reply to call Jake on Monday. Well let me say that Jake made it right! And regained my business. My battery was installed on Monady. The today My Harley's battery gave up on me and left me on the side of the road. I called and had my co worker heading there to get a new battery. This was late almost closing time. They had the battery waiting on him to pick up! Great service! Great people that make it right if it was wrong, stand behind the products. If you need a battery don't walk run to interstate battery in Salem VA. The best around. I big thank you for the service!
