Giving Kudos for this wonderful Mom & Pops business. Towed us on a Saturday from a event, way up in the mountains and even gave us a ride home! They are also a repair shop that got my brakes fixed fast and at a very reasonable cost. He even hand delivered my Jeep with smiles knowing we only have that one vehicle. I would highly recommend using this company.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. We had to have our car towed but since we would not let them take it to their shop, they refused to bill our insurance and made us pay out of pocket $265 to go less then 5 miles. This is insanely unprofessional. I will never use this service again.

Highly recommend Crafts Auto repair and towing. I was broke down on Rt. 40. My axle broke leaving me stranded on the side of the rd. I was surprised at how fast Mr. Craft arrived. Was very friendly and professional. The charge was less than I had expected. Will diffently do business with him from here on in if needed.
