I have been a loyal customer of Woods for years. My son acquired a 2002 Tahoe and I presented it for service. I was charged extremely high fees for the service to tell me the same thing I told them we knew was coming up on the diagnostic tests. They just lost a repeat customer and I am terribly disappointed. $315 for an oil change and to mount 2 tires. What a ripoff. I plan to tell everyone I know how bad this experience was. Customers beware.

Good service and knowledgeable about vehicles. Had a timing belt and water pump replaced, work looked good and vehicle runs better but the cost was half of the dealerships. Quality parts were installed as well. Will be a return customer.

Knowledgeable staff, but very expensive. A staff member said they charge really $100 per hour. It cost me almost $300 just to put a water pump in after I had already bought the pump itself. The staff helped me understand what issues my truck was having so that was nice.
