Terrible. Lied about when the work would be completed. Did not communicate changes to schedule. Held our vehicle for weeks. Had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. Zero communication from them. Went to pick up vehicle (finally) and the secretary couldn't even look us in the eye. This shop gave us an estimate for specific service. Great. Then they ordered another part unbeknown to us, and installed it on our vehicle without consent, bumping their profit by a whopping 700.00. This is highly illegal. We were shocked when we went to pick up the vehicle and pay. Shocked. They knew they messed up too. Smugly apologized for their misstep, but still.....we aren't talking about a replacement bulb here. 700 bucks y'all. They broke the law. We are good and honest people looking to have multiple farm and leisure vehicles serviced. Not by them. Never again. Enjoy your theft. You just lost thousands of dollars in business. Thumbs down.
