Trucknamerica Purcellville did a great job for us! We had to rewire our truck for our trailer and rewire our trailer as well. There were a few broken taillights, the gate closures we had Jeri-rigged and the horn no longer worked. We got both back quickly and the guys are easy to work with, good communicators, and did it all and even went the extra mile for a reasonable price.

I bought a trailer at Truck'n America, which in itself was an extremely positive experience, from help deciding which one to buy, to delivery, to price negotiations. But the pièce de résistance was today with the best customer service I think I’ve ever received anywhere! Somehow, don’t ask, my trailer was stuck onto my suv. It just would not come off no matter what I did. This was, of course, due to user error, but I needed to do something fast, because I knew I couldn’t drive around for the rest of my life pulling this trailer. I called and explained what was going on, and I was told to bring it in and pull around to the back. Coy came out immediately and was perplexed but immediately got to work thinking of solutions. Within 5 minutes, he had a plan. With drill in hand, he got to work to free my trailer from my car. Voila! Success! He guided me out of the lot with my poor backing skills, and I was on my way! Highly recommended!
