After hitting a deer, my car was towed to JD’s in Hixton. They communicated with me immediately on next steps and handled everything on my behalf. My car was declared totaled. After a couple days, I realized I left my license plate and garage door opener in my totaled car. They went above and beyond and had an employee meet up with me, at a convenient location, to get these back to me. They are good people and treated me like a person and not just another customer. Would 100% recommend this place to my closest family and friends -I know they will be taken care of.

I will recommend JD Costoms everytime. My rental car got a flat tire while I was staying at the hospital with my grandma, Joe picked up my car in the middle of the night and took us to get a different rental car.
