Truly Exceptional Service and Care I had an unexpected situation where my car ended up in a ditch, and out of nowhere, a tow truck driver stopped to help me. The very first thing he did was check on my well-being, making sure I was okay before anything else. That level of care meant so much. He was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Throughout the process, he spoke gently and kindly explained everything, even pointing out that snow was packed inside my tires and might cause some wobbling until I reach the highway—where it would clear at higher speeds. It’s rare to find someone so generous and helpful these days. Before leaving, I gave him a hug out of sheer gratitude. And even after I drove away, they sent me a text to make sure I made it home safely. If you ever need towing assistance or automotive repair, I highly recommend this driver for their honesty, compassion, and outstanding service. Truly a lifesaver!

My car broke down on I-90 in Lodi Wisconsin. Bills towing team was AMAZING. They did above and beyond work for me. After failed attempts of fixing my vehicle on my own in a parking lot I was very defeated. It was snowing, very cold, and I lost hope in getting my car fixed. I called Bills to help me out.
