Do not use this company to tow your vehicle. My vehicle broke down one night so I had to call a tow truck. I wanted the vehicle to be taken to my house. The driver said that he looked at my vehicle and it was only a 50 dollar part that it needed. He also said it would only be a couple hundred for the fix through them. I reluctantly agreed for them to take it. That was a big mistake... They took forever for the quote and ended up wanting 1100 to fix my car. Way more than what I was originally told. I was not gonna pay that much when the vehicle only cost me 1700 in the first place. So I asked them to tow it to my house in elk mound because they lied about the cost. They said I would need to pay the 225 dollars again. To a house that is right in elk mound. In the end they just offered me 100 dollars for the car... a car that would run and drive. They told my dad that the ball joint needed to be replaced.
