When I called for a quote, they couldn't give me a price range without seeing it first, which initially made me nervous about being overcharged. Even when I arrived, the mechanic was hesitant to commit to a price—but it turned out they did the work for free! I’ve had a minor issue here in the past with an oil change (requested full synthetic but received a blend), but this honest and helpful experience definitely earned back my trust. I'll be giving them another chance in the future.
