Leaving this review on behalf of my father, Marty. Review for The Parts Place – Purchase on 7/2/25 My experience with The Parts Place has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I placed an order on July 2, 2025, and two weeks later, I still have not received any tracking information or confirmation that my parts have even shipped. I’ve had to follow up multiple times—all communication has been initiated by me—and despite having email documentation, I’ve had to re-explain everything on every call. There seems to be a lack of organization and accountability within the company. I’ve spoken with several representatives, many of whom have been rude or smart-mouthed for no reason, which is completely unprofessional. Due to the delay, I had to make a change to my order, and instead of understanding, they acted like it was an inconvenience—even though nothing has shipped yet. To make matters worse, I was told the parts I needed were unavailable, even though the website clearly showed them as in stock when I called today to make the update. Overall, this has been a poor customer service experience from every angle. I simply want the parts I paid for, and I would think twice before ordering from here again.
