Tim towed our Subaru to the nearest body shop that is used by the local Subaru dealer. He treated me with respect and kindness - offering for me to wait in his truck while he moved my car to the flatbed. He offered to take me to the body shop, but said he understood if I was comfortable riding in the truck with him (we were near a McDonalds, so there were options for me). He texted when he got the car to the body shop.

On my way to a fun event on a Saturday morning in fridgid weather my tire blew. Couldn't get a hold of my dealership, so MIDAS in Brookfield gave me the name of Express Towing. The person that answered was very nice and made quick arrangements for me to get picked up and brought to MIDAS for service. Cody, the driver, very nice and courteous. Will definitely keep they're information in my car abd recommend they're services.

I cannot say enough good things about this tow company. From the very first phone call, I was a complete mess—crying and overwhelmed—and somehow the man who answered the phone understood me perfectly and immediately took care of everything. I later learned it’s a small, family-owned business and that it was the dad who answered my call. He was calm, kind, and reassuring, and had his son to me in under 30 minutes. The driver who showed up was absolutely incredible. I was hysterically crying when he arrived, and he handled me with so much patience, compassion, and kindness. He helped me into the tow truck, listened to everything I was saying, and even gave me advice and reassurance that helped calm me down. He explained what was likely going wrong with my car in a way I could actually understand and distracted me enough to get my mind off the fear that my car was ruined forever. When we got back to the mechanic, he went above and beyond—helping me explain what had happened, making sure I used the right wording, and even translating what the mechanic was saying back to me so I fully understood. I have never felt so supported during a stressful situation. Ten gold stars across the board. Truly wonderful beyond words. I will forever be grateful to this family and their kindness.
