Justin and Mark were amazing. The service I received today was beyond exceptional. I was dropped off a picked up when my car was finished. Justin helped me choose affordable but high quality tires for my truck. He did not try to upsell me at all. I told them my key fab wasn’t working well and they changed my battery as a courtesy. An inspection was also done which unfortunately resulted in a couple issues that need to be addressed however, Justin gave me great advice on a resolution. I left feeling well taken care of and highly valued as a customer. I’m so grateful. Thank you so much.

Took my car to silver lake having an idea of what I needed done. They confirmed the work needed to solve my issue, and gave an incredibly detailed inspection and noted some other things that need attention. At no point did I ever feel pressured to have the other work done, although some point soon will need too. The communication with mark was excellent as well, and they keep their shop in immaculate condition. I would recommend Silver Lake Auto to anybody who needs work done in their vehicle

The service was fine. I brought it in for the winter maintenance special, and, of course, they found other things that needed doing. I did have the brake work done, but nothing else. I am not sure how legit the recommendations are because my tires aren't that old and they suggested replacing them. I am also irritated that they said they washed my car, but they didn't. I know that's minor, but don't say you did something when you didn't. Place was clean, people were pleasant, and cookies were good. I guess I was expecting more with all the five star reviews.
