I ordered some rims that I ended up not being able to use. I wasn't able to determine that until I had mounted a tire on one. I went to return them and they hit me with so many fees that I would have ended up getting back 41% of what I initially spent. The shipping I can see. But the 15% restocking fee on top of all that? -They paid $36.33 in initial shipping costs. -They deducted that same $36.33 from my refund plus I am responsible for any return shipping costs. -They wanted to charge me $ 28.35 in "restocking fees" Not only will thay have been made whole, but they will have regained the ability to make another $72 off the original product, plus another $28.35 in fees? They'd be better off than they were before they dealt with me! I would have paid $225.48 I would have pocketed a refund of $93.57 And I would have lost $131.91 with absolutely nothing to show for it. Customer service must mean something a little different to them. I'll keep the rims, and they've lost a customer.

Bought 7 of the aluminum gunmetal 15" wheels & tire package. Worked with Lauren who was fantastic!! Great communicator, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The wheel/tires were in individual boxes upon delivery, delivery service was great and dropped off right to my driveway. These wheels are beautiful and a nice touch to my trailer.

Purchased the two 20.5x8-10 tire package. They were a better ply and cheaper than buying two new tires and having them installed by local tire shop. Very satisfied with them. Helped the looks of the older trailer as well.
