Silveback towing was absolutely amazing & came through tonight for me after a very long day of failed towing companies. I left my doctor's appointment on a day where it was -7 degrees & couldn't get my SUV to start. Tried getting a tow through my insurance, but every provider said their tow trucks were too big & couldn't fit in the lot. The only place my insurance company could find with a small enough tower said I had to wait 2 days. I decided to call around & see who I could find on my own. Called a few places & they either didn't have the equipment or were charging after hour prices. I called Silverback towing & they had great pricing & the driver was there in less then 30mins. He was pleasant, accommodating & the experience was seemless. I would recommend them any day.

Today my alternator broke while i was on my way home. It was Edward and Mark who were just driving by, saw me at the side of the road, and stopped to help, I never called them. I dont have any experience in cars and had no idea what to do or where to start; These guys helped me diagnose, aquire, and Mark even installed the part I needed, even though it turned out to be very frustrating. They went above and beyond expectations for a towing company and a great first experience with one.
