I would give zero stars if I could Loren told me that I could come and get my personal belongs out of my van and then had a fit about it

Charged $449 for a "service call". My driver already solved the issue and was pulling off. They didn't even get out of their truck! They did NOTHING but show up. I would expect a fee but almost $500 is absolutely criminal! Disgusting!

The police called them to tow my car after it was hit by a drunk driver and the driver did not speak to or acknowledge us the entire time. When asked where he was taking my car he said "my yard". I told him I wanted it taken elsewhere and he said I would need to pay him right now if I wanted it taken anywhere else. I was already having the worst day because of this event and his treatment was just the cherry on having my car totaled due to no fault of my own. Would never recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy being talked to like your garbage.
