The first tow was quick, simple, and stress-free, thanks to Luis. He showed up already knowing exactly what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and all he needed from me were the keys. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to what towing usually costs these days. I was stranded on the side of the road in a spot where I couldn’t park, and they arrived quickly and safely got my car where it needed to go. Luis was talkative enough to keep things relaxed, which made a stressful situation feel pretty chill. Today, Kyle came out with the flatbed and went above and beyond. We initially thought the battery was dead, but Kyle was able to get my car started anyway, which made the whole process even smoother. He was friendly and talkative, keeping the experience relaxed while he set everything up and got my car where it needed to go. Both experiences were a 10/10. Fast response, fair pricing, professional service, and genuinely good people. I would absolutely use Noltes Towing again and highly recommend them.
