The best experience for a bad situation. Had a trailer tire blow out in Wisconsin on our way to Louisville, KY. Arnold's was able to help us get on the road quickly and safely and we didn't miss a beat on our trip thanks to them. We are very grateful. Superior customer service!

HORRIBLE business! They wrecked my aftermarket wheels, there’s huge scrapes in them. At first it was $600 to even get anything out of my car, I left an honest review because they were very rude and hostile, they then told me almost 2 weeks later that they were adding $845 because “I wrote a bad review” and gave me 2 days to come up with that and come get it otherwise they would take it to the junkyard. I came and paid $1440 and they had multiple cars in front of mine so I couldn’t even get to it for another 3 days. They were insanely rude the whole entire time of dealing with them, especially the old married couple
