My plans had changed when I was on my way home and had car issues while in Sparta. I called several repair shops within the neighboring cities (within a 50 mile radius) I didn't feel comfortable with the phone manner of these out of town shops. However, when I had called West Central Auto LLC., the exceptional service began right away, over the phone! I felt comfortable bringing my car in and received HONEST, COMPETENT, TIME-EFFICIENT, FAIRLY-PRICED work. Although I live out of state (South Dakota); based on the superior service that I had received, I will go out of my way to bring my car to this shop for planned routine maintenance and any major work that my car needs. Thank you ALL!!! I am going to keep West Central Auto LLC around for the long-haul!

Fantastic group. My Silverado broke down in Sparta while passing thru town and they got me back on the road in an hour. Very highly recommend West Central. Thank you guys!!!

Love these guys. Always bring my vehicle to them whenever I got an issue that I’m unable to do myself on my own vehicle. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their scheduling, while usually pretty packed are easy to work around with my busy schedule. Never had a single issue with them and even recommended friends, family, and coworkers to get their vehicles service by them. Best in town by far. They make sure to communicate everything with your vehicle every step of the way.
