I absolutely loved the repair work that was done on my Tesla and I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. From the very beginning, they really took my concerns and thoughts into consideration when I first dropped my car off, which meant a lot to me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and not just the repair itself. Lee was amazing throughout the process. He came out to greet me when I arrived, walked me through everything, and even personally took me to my car when I picked it up. That level of customer service really stood out to me. The repair looks perfect, and my car honestly looks just like it did before the accident. I also want to say thank you for making sure my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. That extra touch meant so much and really showed attention to detail. It felt like I was getting a brand new car back. I would 100% recommend this collision center to anyone who needs repairs, ESPECIALLY on a Tesla! If anything were ever to happen to my car again, Classic Collision would absolutely be my first choice. They did a great job, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they showed.
