I had a great experience at Otto’s body shop. The owner, Ed, was quick to assess the damage, honest about what needed to be done (and what didn’t), and gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service without being overcharged.

This guy is a SCAMMER. Beware… he lies about not having your part and described having to get your part from New Jersey and changed the story. He does not text or communicate to leave a paper trail and preferred phone calls and LIES over the phone. Meanwhile your local dealer has the parts your need and he lies and says he has tried the dealer. This guy will try his best to rob you. Please look elsewhere as this is the worst experience! 2/14/24

In complete shock how this business handled a good friend of mine. Which is completely astonishing since he seemed so kind when I had interaction with him which is even more scary. These days you can’t even trust what seemed to be a kind interaction. As my friend left her vehicle in his care, many incidents didn’t seem to add up. The first alarming details was him saying he didn’t trust the part being shipped due to it “potentially “ getting damaged in route so he would drive 2 hours away and pick it up which he told her she’s responsible for paying for him to drive there. I was so perplexed by this comment. My initial thought is …. “ you’re! Working on my vehicle , you! Are the business… I don’t work here , I shouldn’t be involved on where and how you get your parts. You simply inform me if you can or cannot do the job. My assumption is… you are fixing my car since I brought it to you…. All else doesn’t matter. Not to mention! You don’t have parts delivered to you ?? So you drive eveywhere for them … bizarre. He exclaimed he couldn’t find a jeep bumper anywhere! And the Jeep dealer had tons … he forced my friend to pay for a after market part that he didn’t even put on the car. He forced her to pay over $600 dollars for removing parts and because he removed parts and now her car didn’t! Have a bumper because he didn’t fix it . He took the $600 and then told her she couldn’t drive her car away with no bumper ….so it had to be towed, so she was responsible for that as well. This happened all while infront of the police which he happened to be friends with. So you could imagine how lovely that was. Overall just a terrible person. My friend is the kindest most honest person I know… so selfless and to be treated so poorly is heartbreaking. She’s a single mom that literally does everything for her child, and you can imagine how scamming over $600 could really effect her day to day. You never know who you’re screwing over and how instant your karma could be. If nothing else comes from this , I would prevent anyone else from going through this . Times are difficult and not everyone is as fortunate as my friend… and I’d hate to see yet another person being taken advantage of that wouldn’t be able to afford this.
