had an excellent experience with Jack Jr Auto Repair. They did a great job handling the maintenance service on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed on time, and my truck is running perfectly. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Jack Jr Auto Repair definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

I have a 1970 Torino that I absolutely will not let just anyone work on! If I can't do the repair I have to have ultimate trust in the folks repairing my pride and joy! Jack Jr's and Matt really looked out for me and Kayla kept me posted and made sure my car was inside at night. Matt's attention to detail was particularly noteworthy and he discovered a chipped tooth on my ring gear while doing pinion seal and o-ring. I couldn't be more pleased FIVE STARS!

This place of business obviously only work with certain customers. We’ve been to this location on several occasions and met with denials each time. They don’t necessarily turn you away but pushes the appointment time back for several months at a time, that you have no other choice but to go elsewhere. There is no way when anytime you walk into this establishment everyone is sitting around laughing and talking. Judging from the other reviews it’s probably best we took our business elsewhere because they also seem to “jack” up prices, allegedly.
