Unexpectedly my car broke down on the way home from taking my princess to chkd to the dr! I called my insurance, a lot of tow companies with no luck, Mr Bynum right here, mind you I was in full panic mode, my daughter in a wheel chair, I was crying my eyes out, it was 87 degrees on the side of a pretty busy highway! Mr Bynum wasn’t like the average, with no heart I’m busy I’ll get you when I can, he was very considerate, was concerned for our safety, he was very humble! Most definitely so he cared! He waited on my husband to get there to get us! He even put my daughter’s wheel chair in the car after my husband got there to get us!! He didn’t have to wait the extra time! But the care for our safety was top tier! For some reason I only see five stars, this man’s service was beyond your limits! Need a tow call Mr Bynum!! He has speedy service and gets the job done! With care!

I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody even though this is the only tow company in Franklin. They do not answer the phone. The man showed up to the job and said he couldn’t do it so then I had to pay a discharge fee. As paying the discharge fee, he called me back the next day and said he will come around 12:30 to 1 o’clock he never came, when I tried to reach out to him, he declines my calls. This place is very unprofessional and I think it’s ran by one dude and only recommend going to. Southampton Towing If you need any help

Absolutely phenomenal service! I got updates for when they would arrive, and they got my work van out of the mud in 15-20mins max. If I ever need another tow, this will be the place I go!
