Broke down on side of road, Dell arrived quickly. We wanted to tow it kind of far because my uncle owned the shop. Dells Dispatcher greeted us welcomely in the truck. As a young female this put me at ease and she was awesome to talk to. Made the ride feel a lot faster. She quoted a price that was a little above my budget. She assured me Dell would work with us on the price due to I am a college student. he provided me with a price that was super fair and budget friendly.
