I almost left two stars bc my first experience with them was good - when I had pre counted my returnables. The second time, I did not count them all and thought I could entrust this simple task to the PAID employees. I had 17 bags of cans (nearly no bottles). I was given $52.50 (w my 6cent coupon) The first time, in which i counted my own, I was given $48 and I only had 12 bags with no coupon. When I got home, i counted a bag I had not brought in and it held 78 cans. If you do the math on that, it would be 1326 cans. And since I understand the amount varies per bag, I can provide some leeway and assume there's only 70 cans in each bag (just to prove a point). At 6 cents a can that would equal $71!!! And if each bag had had more than 78 cans, it would be over $80. I received $52.50. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED W THE LACK OF HONESTY where I once had the impression that this place was a good business. I'll update my review if someone from management reaches out to me and makes this situation right. Times are tough, and we don't need dishonest establishments making them tougher.

We are always going to this place now. They take the cans out of your vehicle for you, very nice gentleman, both asked if we were in need of assistance. This is such a breath of fresh air compared to our previous redemption place. I'm sure the job is tough, but these guys have a great attitude and level of customer service. I sent a text to my wife immediately to tell her about it since she can't stand taking bottles back. 10 stars fellas!
