We heard a strange rattling coming from my rear driver’s side tire. We brought it to Grover’s and they quickly took the car in to take a look! They had it back to me in 20 minutes ready to go! I’m so grateful for their quick work and willingness to take a walk in for what would otherwise have ruined my vacation!

The people here were extremely nice, professional and fast for my state inspection. I do have to take it back for a repair that it didn't pass on but he gave me a fair quote that was less than Firestone. I was impressed by how quick and efficient they were. Great place to go but be prepared. They are usually pretty busy but they do their best to get you taken care of quickly.

Took my vehicle in to have some work done and, once diagnosed, asked them to please call me with the cost before proceeding with the work. The only call I received was after the work was done. I never authorized the work based on the cost but I was stuck at that point. If you don't want a surprise bill, I recommend finding somewhere that's more upfront and communicative.
