During an unfortunate and unexpected event, I was recommended to call Empire Towing to assist with getting my vehicle to the repair shop. The first person I spoke with was very accommodating and understanding of the situation. They dispatched a driver to my home immediately to help. I received a call letting me know the estimated arrival time, and then another call when they arrived, which I truly appreciated. Kyle was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made a stressful and difficult situation much easier with his calm demeanor and excellent customer service. I’m very grateful for the prompt response and support I received. I would highly recommend Empire Towing to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate service.

The tow itself was great. Tracy however is incompetent. I called 4 times to ensure they would call me when the tow arrived at the property. They instead decided to just leave the car and keys with another resident from the duplex I reside at who has no claim to the car whatsoever. Would not recommend this company for obvious reasons stated above.
