I have shop at 550 Hamilton location Home Depot and never had no problem but during today’s transaction some babyyaga employee was helping me didnt even have a real name . He scan like three items and then on his phone took me at least like 45 mins to complete my transaction. Thats why im giving a one star . I think employees shouldnt be allowed to used their phone while helping a customer . Should keep the line moving I hope this gets addressed.

I ordered some blinds online from them and they arrived in under 48 hours. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out for us, but they completely refunded all of the money as well as arranged pick up from UPS. Unbelievable service and will exclusively shop with them for our future home projects. A customer for life!
