Called Cindi yesterday to come tow my car after being in an accident, this was our first time needing her for towing but we’ve recommended her to our friends who have used her multiple times and we have all had wonderful experiences. She drove all the way from Gum spring to chesterfield to come grab my car and that’s the reason I called her. I knew she’d take care of me and my kids after the accident and I won’t use anyone else! Absolutely adore Cindi and so grateful our paths crossed! ❤️

Hit a deer in Amelia and after having the worst insurance customer service you could possibly imagine they sent Johnathan and Cindy called me. Between the 2 of them they made the experience so much better. Insurance company said I didn't need to be there but after 1 tow truck company said they couldn't do it without the key Johnathan found a way. Cindy had to reroute the tow to a different location and there were no complaints or issues, Johnathan took it to the new location and dropped it off and then called me and let me know. I hope to never need a tow again but if I do it will be a call to Cindy and I will request Johnathan

Cindy’s service was speedy and she made it all look effortless. Customer service was great and she was there within 10 minutes to get me home after the car unexpectedly broke down. Pricing was very reasonable. She ended up dropping the car in an environment that could be deemed as hostile and still remained professional. Truly appreciated her that day. Thank you Always Hookin’!
