I have had the worst experience of my life. My account was hacked by someone saying they were from Chase Fraud. They confirmed my account number, my social, and everything else. These people not only were sitting in my account, but they sent a Zelle payment to someone and reversed my bills. I went into the local Chase bank and found out that this wasn't them. We froze my account. I was fortunate to receive my money back from the Zelle payment. They closed my account and told me I couldn't have an account with them for 3-5 years and said this was policy. I got a check back for what was left in my account, less the mortgage payment that was suppose to go back to my lender. It was never sent back to them. They said that this would take up to 45 days. Ive made 2 payments since then. Ive been waiting for them to return the payment to the lender. I've called chase fraud several times for updates where I'm then transferred from person to person. They give me nothing but conflicting answers. Here I am 54 days in to dealing with this, one hour and seven minutes into a call where I'm back on hold, on my 5th transfer of the day. Nobody can/will help me. What is going on??? How hard is it to tell me what is going on?!?!? This last person I talked to told me my company would receive it by February 25th... I'm at my breaking point because this is well over the 45 days I was told. I'm sick. I know a mortgage payment doesn't mean much to those at the top of the pay grade, but for those of us little people, we like to at least know you're going to follow through and my mortgage payment will be back with my lender. The anxiety of this whole situation is gross... I hope no one else ever has to go through this. Five months pregnant and having straight up anxiety attacks over something that should have been taken care of.

Started an Annuity through chase with Jackson and Jackson was quick to take my money via a wire transfer to open an Annuity, but after reading the lengthy contract I decided to exercise my free-look option and pull out. They didn't wire the money back but claim to have sent a check via snail mail which I haven't seen yet nearly two weeks later. Talked to my advisor and he doesn't understand why they took that route either. I do, so they can use my money for as many days as possible. With ethics like that I'm glad I canceled. Everything always works out for the better when you trust your gut instincts, and I was getting too many bad vibes from this whole deal. Update: 1 week later and still haven't seen my money back. Called Chase corporate since my local bank can't get any answers, they put me through to Jackson and they claim that they haven't even put the request in yet for my money, and that it'll be another week before I get a tracking number. I asked if this was normal procedures and they claimed yes. Glad I didn't go with this company, and pulling out of Chase too for partnering with such an incompetent corporation. Update: finally got my money back 3 weeks after canceling.

We used our credit card and Chase decided to pay out Half of the amount only. We have over $10.000.00 credit limit and we owe $1000.00. Tried talking to Corporate in New York and got connected to 2 SPECIALIST with HEAVY ACCENT ( I do not understand ) and they did not understand the problem and did nothing. Is any employees Actually know how to do the job they do and capable? Not with CHASE
