I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MANDINGO / Luis. I found myself in quite the bind one night—attempting a 3-point turn on a dark driveway, I didn’t see the culvert. My car ended up teetering on two wheels, dangerously close to tipping over. It was a stressful and scary situation. I couldn’t take my foot off the brake, but I also didn’t feel safe staying in the car. Mandingo Towing answered immediately. Luis not only talked me through what to do while I waited, but also made safety the top priority—for me, my passengers, and the vehicle. The spot was incredibly tricky to access, but Luis handled it with absolute professionalism and calm. He approached the situation with care and confidence that instantly put us at ease. Only after we were all safe, and the car was secure, did he let on just how precarious the situation had actually been—and even then, he did so with kindness and humor. It was clear he was just as relieved as we were. I honestly can’t give Mandingo Towing enough stars to express my appreciation.
