We broke down south of the Mackinac Bridge and the folks at williams auto picked us up quickly in their tow truck and helped us investigate the problem. Excellent customer service!! They drove us to a nearby hotel and picked us up the next day when our radiator was fixed. Went the extra mile and then some. Highly recommend ?

Called to get snow tires put on. Dropped car off , ran keys into olivia.. ran back in to tell her my tires are by the garage door and she's like perfect thank you!. Got there to get car and my snow tires are in same spot and car hadn't been moved. I get inside and she hands me a bill for tire rotation.. after I said I was there for snow tire swap she said she was sorry. Not a care in the world that I was upset .. she made me an appt for over a week later.. to say I was pissed was an understatement!. I will never spend another dollar at this place!!

My truck had some mechanical issues after a family camping trip. I called Williams for a tow, and they arrived really fast. They had my truck loaded up and off to the mechanic in no time. Reasonable rate and friendly service. I would definitely use them again.
