From the outside, this store looks small, but once inside, you realize truly how big the store is, and will be surprised at all the various (and sometimes random) items it stocks on its shelves. I thought it was a hardware store, but it is much more than that. Definitely worth a visit for many items you are looking for, at decent prices. The customer service and the people working there are fine, not overly friendly but not offensive or rude either. I definitely shop here for the convenience factor.

Store has an amazing inventory of small things a DIY person can look through to fix things. Downsides: Staff is nice enough but most staff do not know where things are and told me the wrong places to go. Ultimately, they rely on one guy who knows where everything is. Also if you found something online and expect to just come in store and find it. Nope. Multiple of an item listed in stock but no where to be found. Don’t bother walking here from more than a few blocks in this scenario.

Do not shop here worst snowstorm of the past five years I bought a generator here. It was out of stock and instead of giving me back my money they are now holding my money until it arrives next week so now here I am middle of the snowstorm -$600 because they will not release it and cancel my order and being held hostage by them call corporate. They have no control over Ace Hardware. Their name is just up there but they can do nothing to help me lesson learned never shop with Ace. They have no control over their own stores. They will screw you and laugh in your face.
