I want to give the 5 Stars for Breen Bros. for the very good service they have given to us ive used them for the 3rd time now and they always did a good job of bringing my Pathfinder to the car service of Meinekie Rossville dropping my truck safely. The technician who picked up my truck is nice and courteous. They deserved thr 5 Stars !

It is very frustrating when your car won’t start especially when I am just starting the day. The tow truck driver was on time. They said approximately 2 hrs and he was at my house within 45 minutes. Very patient and empathetic. Highly recommend this company. I learnt about them through my AAA. Membership.

Absolutely the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with. For my Friend. I had to do all of this and waste my day !!!!! His employee mismatched the tags on the same car the same tags are registered to. Big mistake his kinda old and didn’t double check. He was supposed to pay by Sheriffs office order to tow company $225 and $40/day for 9 hrs from 11pm admit to 8am. They charge for 2 days an additional day. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The front desk staff — especially one rude woman — was completely unprofessional, and the rest of the employees were just as bad. They refused to answer simple questions, kicked me out, and initially refused to accept a credit/debit card for payment. After wasting more time, they finally accepted it — but not before making several unnecessary and shady moves. To make things worse, they didn’t even park my car where they were supposed to according to their contract with the city. Instead, they moved it to another city entirely. I called the Marshal’s office to file a complaint — they apologized and even called the tow company themselves. The Marshal spoke with “Joe,” who claimed to be the owner, and told me Joe would call me back. Of course, he never did. Funny enough, the Marshal called again, and Joe suddenly answered. Total scammers. They charged me for two days when the car had been there for less than ten hours. Dishonest, rude, and completely unprofessional — avoid this place at all costs.
