Best Mechanic group in Salisbury hands down. Especially if you have a European or luxury vehicle, they know what they are doing. I’ve been taking my BMW x1 here for almost a year, starting when no other mechanic even through Charlotte could tell me what was wrong. They got my car right and I haven’t had a problem since. Not only that but the prices are so reasonable, and they will work with you! Lovely people and lovely business, support them if you can!

My wife and I were excited to find a shop that is not only convenient but also delivers great service without high pressure sales. We each brought our cars for service after using the online scheduler and the crew was quick to provide a report and complete the requested work. Bonus points for being an auto shop that does not call a woman "babe".

These guys are AMAZING! I don’t know how I lived in Salisbury for years and never came across this shop. I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and literally the night before my car started making a terrible screeching sound like I was driving over metal. Having had bearing/control arm replacement in the past I feared it was the same issue. My fiancé googled mechanics that were open and Rowan auto popped up. I called and explained the issue and even though they were closing in an hour the guy said he would take a look for me. I really wasn’t expecting much and was going to be happy getting a part ordered at the very least. Not only did they identify the worn rubber bearing, but auto zone had the part in stock and these guys went ahead and replaced it the NIGHT before thanksgiving! And not only that they were very fair in pricing. I am so grateful for this place and the care they took to help me in my time of need. We really enjoyed our experience.
