Extremley rude on the phone where they were basically yelling at me for following instructions that the driver who dropped off the dumpster tole me. Refused to pick up dumpster (I told them to pick up an hour and a half before closing) and charged me for an extra day had to run a charge back on it. Do not do business with them there are cheaper companies with better service and actually treat their customers with respect.
