I encountered an issue with a service line added to my account by another agent who didn’t tell me he was doing so. Fortunately, Alex, the agent I spoke with today, was incredibly helpful and informative. She immediately went above and beyond to rectify the previous agent’s mistake, ensuring a positive experience for me. Alex’s knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness truly impressed me. She clearly takes her job very seriously and is dedicated to truly serving the customers. I genuinely appreciate her expertise and support in resolving my concerns and highly recommend anyone coming in to seek her out.
