My experience started out as a 5-star one but was down to 3 by the time it was completed. If you're just looking for the lowest price, I'd say definitely go with Tapper. I got a quote from 3 different towing companies in Paw Paw, and they beat each of the other two by a long shot. I was happy about that, and even happier when I was told the driver would arrive within 45 minutes. However, that was 11:45. The driver did not arrive until 2:30. (Yes, I understand that things happen and that arrival times are not guaranteed. But, at the same time, when any business keeps its customer waiting for over three times longer than stated, it seems to me that the customer service representative at least owes the customer an explanation, if not an apology. We got neither.) In addition, my son, who met the driver and paid, told me that the driver did the job fine but was not particularly pleasant in his demeanor. I may still have given a generous 5-star rating at this point, if not for what happened next. The next day at 5:01, the repair shop - which I just naturally assumed had been diagnosing my vehicle all that time - called me to ask if I knew where the keys were. It seems the driver had simply dropped the vehicle in the repair shop's back lot, left the keys in the car door, and then driven off without handing over the keys or even talking to anyone. This ultimately meant that the repair was completed two days later than would have otherwise been the case - an extra two days my family had to be without our much needed vehicle.

Last night Dec 23 had a tire blow at 4:30 pm roadside service for both the truck and our insurance failed miserably. At right around 11 pm the wife happened to find these miracle workers. I tried changing the tire myself but no luck. These guys showed up with heart and dedication to make sure I made it home. It took some doing and help from all 3 of us and it was successful. Without the professionalism and great dedication to customer service I would probably still be waiting. Amazing job guy thank you
