Just got a 2019 mazda cx 3 from TJ. When I arrived I let him know if I like it then I was going to have a pre purchase inspection while I had it. He said that was fine well I just fell in love and took it to the shop. They were super busy and I had a long wait time. I let TJ know he said no worries do what I needed to do. Between my test drive and the shop I had the car maybe 4 hrs! No complaints from the dealer when I got back we talked numbers and settled on a deal that fits my budget. I was super impressed with his genuine care and professionalism! We had a delay on me taking possession of the car at not fault of the dealership. It happened to be a hoilday and the DMV decided to update their systems. TJ kept me posted everyday on how things were going and where we stood. We are still waiting on the DMV to get this nonsense fixed but thankfully he had a dealer plate he was able to let me use. I did notice a small Crack in the windshield but I sent TJ a message he told me he would need to do some research and get back to me. Im sure he will resolve that issue. I will definitely be back for future business! Thank you TJ and team for such a great experience!

Such a nightmare. We bought what we thought was a decent used vehicle. They performed an oil change and inspected it for us. 2 weeks later the oil change light came on. Two months later, we find out the bushings are bad and it would require a lot more work. The dealership would not provide us with the mechanic who "performed" the inspection as it was falsely passed and clearly should not have been. Now a year later, we find out the carfax provided was not accurate, vehicle had multiple accidents reported prior to purchase and they showed us one with a "mild fender bender". They seem sweet during the purchase but know what you're getting yourself into.

I bought a 2017 ram pickup at Allstar and they were phenomenal. Very professional and caring. You won't be disappointed with your purchase and great prices. Thank you. I can't understand why people say bad things about good people. This dealership went beyond expectations to help me out and I appreciate everything they did. Some people are just not Happy therefore they try and make everyone else look bad.
