I called Fernandes Auto Glass, and they answered the phone promptly, providing me with an estimate for my glass replacement. I informed them that I would arrive at the shop at 8:30 AM when they opened. When I got there, they were already open. The shop could use a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint inside and out, including the bathroom, and new signs should be installed. However, the area in the back where they work was fairly clean, except for some pieces of glass on the floor near my car that should not have been there. They worked on my car for nearly three hours, and the total bill came to $414.60, which is significantly less than the $650 quoted by a competitor. The new glass installation looks very well done, and the glass appears clearer than the original. When I called back to inquire about this, the shop informed me that this is the only option they have for glass. So aside from the look of the shop that needs some maintenance, Fernandez is the best place to take your car for window replacement.

There are crazy noises coming from it, and it's moving up and down very slowly. If I had paid $50 more, I would have had it done at the original dealer, and a perfectly compatible window would have been installed without any problems, but unfortunately, this company installs incompatible windows. They installed aftermarket windows that are incompatible with my car; they close very slowly compared to the other three windows. I wish I had paid the extra $50 and had the original Toyota windows installed. I came here to save $50, but I regret it. I'm going to go to the original Toyota dealership.

Did a wonderful job on my windshield! I’m in love with the new look! Very reasonably priced. Come all the way from Indiana because it was the cheapest around! Thank you guys for the wonderful service!
