I can't say enough good things about this place! They are honest and trustworthy when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle and don't try to rip you off with repair costs. I first heard about this place from a tow truck driver towing my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. He happened to own the same model/yr Audi as mine and told me this was where he had his vehicle repaired and they had always done a great job while offering a significant cost savings over the dealership. I agreed to to try them and dropped my car here instead and they did a phenomenal job with the repair. They had it diagnosed in the 10 mins it took me to walk to the Red Line and had it repaired in just 1 day. It turned out my high pressure fuel pump needed replacing and they also found a gasket leak which they also promptly repaired. It's been a few months since the repair and the car had been running great. That is until last week when I noticed a large amount of oil had leaked on my garage floor. I brought it in again to see how serious the situation was and to my complete surprise they found that the oil cap from my most recent oil change, at another facility, had not been properly placed back on the vehicle which had allowed the oil to leak out due to the pressure build up in the engine when running the car. I appreciated their very comprehensive diagnosis before arriving at that conclusion and braced myself for a significant cost for something caused by that other facilities carelessness. To my complete surprise they only charged me for replacing the oil since I was a repeat customer and my previous repair was significant but still most places don't take that into consideration and they are just looking to make a buck where ever they can. That's what sets this place apart for me, I feel I can trust them and they are looking out for their customers. I can't recommend this place enough! If you bring your car here you will be in good hands. I have found my permanent repair facility because places like this are hard to find these days and I truly appreciate their work ethic and honesty!

I was undone when my new Mazda was scraped in an incident, my left front bumper. I was directed to the repair team at the Goodyear located at 1403 Shakespeare. I met Bryan, CoCo, and the rest of the team, who immediately put me at ease and turned what felt like a mini crisis into a manageable situation. They were professional, patient, and very reassuring throughout the process. The team took the time to explain what needed to be done and handled the repair efficiently. When I got my car back, it looked great, and the entire experience was far less stressful than I expected. I truly appreciated their customer service and the care they showed during a moment that was pretty upsetting for me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs reasonable, honest, supportive, and reliable service.

someone broke into my car during the holiday season so you can imagine it was so stressful, i had called several shops but only Midtown auto was willing to help on a saturday before christmas. they were so nice and helpful through the whole process as i really didn’t know what to do but i was luckily in good hands. really happy with the service and thankful to everyone who works here. will gladly come back for future service
