My teenage children had a frightening experience with taxi #904TX after a ride from Shedd Aquarium to Navy Pier. The driver refused to use the meter and instead bullied them into handing over all the cash they had ( about $30) and pressed them to pay more by cards as tips. He took advantage of their youth and made them feel unsafe and powerless. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and predatory. No one should have to worry about being taken advantage of--especially kids just trying to enjoy a day in the city. I hope authorities take appropriate action, but in the meantime, please beware and avoid this taxi.
