Amazing service. Brought my car here as recommended by a neighbor and got the best service. I wanted a final diagnostic for my car before calling it quits and they did just that. They called around for me to try and find the best priced option and even told me what they would do if they were me. Unfortunately my car isn't worth the price of the repairs needed but they towed it back to my home and suggested some places to sell it for scrap. If I ever get another car, I'll definitely use this mechanic.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL --- I took my car to another mechanic and he fixed all my issues for under 600 Dollars. Meanwhile Cantic told me to junk my car, charged me 50 dollars for nothing. Do not go to this guy if you are a person of color. I guess the other reviews were right. One of my worst experiences. I brought my car in, asked for a tire replacement and a diagnostic on my car. I was told no work would be done until they called me. No one called until days later and they said my work has been done. I asked how? No one called and no one gave me a diagnosis on my car. Even with the tire, I asked if they could check it to see if it could be patched and no one ever called. They basically didn't do anything I asked. Later they said the tire I had was bad and told me I could get a new one. I brought in the new tire and asked again for a diagnostic. This time they ran it and told me essentially my car was too bad to work on. I asked if they can provide a list on everything wrong with it and they said yes and they'd call me when the car was ready for pick up. A week goes by and no one ever called. I finally reach out to them. They have me pick up the car and when I get to it I see they literally DID NOT PUT THE NEW TIRE ON. So now I have a car mounted on what they told me was a bad tire and to make things worse, the battery is now dead. So now thanks to coming to this shop, I have a car on a bad tire, wasted almost 3 weeks and spent about 50 dollars for nothing but a questionable diagnosis from a shop that wouldn't confirm anything, didn't listen to my requests and get this... They didn't even write down what's wrong with the car for me. I hate leaving bad reviews but with so many auto shops in the area literally go ANYWHERE else. I seriously do not understand how this place calls this customer service. I just wanted to support local.
