How do you wind up with a car in worse condition than it was before you brought it in to your mechanic well if your mechanic is SaaB tech foreign and domestic or midtown you're in the right place. Not only was my car in worse condition when I got it back constantly cutting off they also forgot to take their part off and put mine back on that wasn't even part of the original work that I requested, I open my hood and see Omar on my ignition coil panel who the hell is Omar ask them about it they get defensive instead of apologetic real professionals thanks a lot Chuco! Update: the issue I had is worse than it was before I brought it I called in a few days after I picked it up and disclosed this to Chuco I am waiting for a tow truck today to bring it back in to see what's wrong and put my part back on and take Omar's off, I'll update after to let you know if I they've remedied the issue.

I had a great experience a couple months back on my 1996 900SE, reasonable pricing, especially for guys specializing in Saabs. I'm missing them now that my car is 5 hours away and I can't find anyone else who knows Saab electrical issues. Got to work right away and didn't hesitate to pick up my calls, Omar was happy to answer any question I had. Parts and labor for a new steering pump, diagnostics, electrical issues that cause the car not to start at all (including a new ignition switch), and an oil change was all under 800 dollars and done timely. Significantly cheaper than other Euro shops quotes in the area.

Brought my 2003 Saab 9-3 here to be fixed because the key wouldn’t turn. They replaced my steering column lock for around 1600.00 assuring me this was the problem. Well the car does start now but the steering wheel will not stay locked, took it back in and now they say it is the pin in the steering wheel??? Also the person who drove it knocked off the plastic piece on top of the gear shifter, he used some kind of adhesive to put it back on. The problem is he used so MUCH that it oozed down the whole shaft and I couldn’t even push in the button to get it out of drive. I had to have someone take off the gear shifter and pick out all the dry adhesive, this was after I called and talked to Brian about it. He asked me to send pictures which I did and discussed the pin in the steering wheel. He told me he would look into it and get back to me, he never did even after texting him. Not too happy about the whole situation.
