My Model Y was rear ended back in December and I asked friends about body shop recommendations. I was pointed in the direction of Richards Body Shop and I am so glad I went there. Almost immediately upon arriving, the folks there got to work taking photos and documenting the work that needed to be done so that I would have everything I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. Service Manager Nhan was especially helpful and professional. He was available at all hours to answer any questions or provide updates. The results were absolutely spectacular. When I picked up my car, it almost felt like it was a brand new car -- inside and out. Really impressed with the entire team at Richard's. Thanks for making this process so easy and simple. I'll definitely be back the next time I need body work done -- hopefully not any time soon.
