We have been to Trestlewood twice this season for a pick-up load of firewood. My husband has been very happy with the quality of wood, the price, and the customer service is outstanding, really nice and helpful people.

Very impressed with the customer service provided by Aaron and the rest of the Trestlewood team. We ordered beams and posts. They communicated clearly and had our order ready in a timely manner. We picked them up. After realizing we ordered incorrect material for the needs of the project, we reached back out to Aaron. He was professional and kind and offered to help us out. Trestlewood accepted a return on the materials despite the wood having been cut to smaller sizes during the installation and unstallation process. We are very pleased with Trestlewoods customer service. Would highly recommend as they are one of the few companies that show true kindness and integrity.

Trestlewood is wonderful to deal with. They have a great selection of material and are very personable. Would highly recommend touring their facility if you are looking for any rustic timber, wood, decking, or siding.
