We had a terrible experience with Ikea. We made a large purchase of US$6,000 and encountered many problems: parts were missing from the delivery, the sofa came with cushions of the wrong size, the extended module of the sofa was the wrong size, and the side of the sofa was also delivered in the wrong size. The table legs came with screws that were incompatible with the embedded threads in the base. We have photos of all the problems. My daughter sent several emails requesting a solution, but none were answered. The icing on the cake came with the service from the store supervisor, Tonnian, on December 31st, when we went in person to request a solution or a refund for the sofa and table: she was aggressive, unfriendly, and rude. She showed no interest in treating the customer calmly and respectfully. She seemed like an employee who hated what she was doing there. It's unbelievable to see Ikea employing someone with that attitude dealing with customers. Finally, we requested that the sofa and table be returned and that the amounts paid be refunded. We will never buy from Ikea again. We recommend that you do not buy any items from this store that require complex assembly with many parts involved, unless you are prepared for a lot of hassle.

BEWARE - this location will bait and switch on sale furniture item prices! They will not honor sale prices if you do not pick it up day-of. I decided to buy the IKEA IDANÄS dresser when I saw it on clearance in-store for $249. It was purchased and fully paid for at the store, but when I went to pick it up in the delivery area I was told it would not be available for pickup that day and I would have to come back to pick it up tomorrow. I told them I wouldn’t be able to come back until two days later due to personal commitments. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. When I came back, I was told that they had “oversold” the item and they only had the “new version” of the item in stock which cost twice the price. The manager would not honor the price that I fully paid for it in the store just two days earlier ($249) and in order to get the item I would have to pay $479 (almost double what it cost initially). Suddenly, it was now available for pick-up that day if I paid $479! Overall, I am extremely disappointed in this experience and hope that this is a warning to others who shop at this location to be wary of them honoring sale prices on furniture items.

I haven't been here for years. I didn't see much value as there was years ago. For example they had a flimsy folding chair for $25. You can buy a sturdier one at Costco for the equivalent. Oh yeah, the snack bar only had a few items available and the pizza looked stale.
