Great exactly what we needed. I’ve gotten 4 parts from you guys so far. 3/4 were perfect. Arrived timely. The right front brake I ordered prior for Tao Tao db10 was the wrong size and side. Stuff happens.

I believe this is a scam - Will edit and update if needed. I purchased a utility rack for my kids' Polaris side by side, per their website application; approximately $200 all in. Upon arrival, the rack would not fit, so I called customer service and ask if they had installation instructions for it. Now, if you have to reach out to customer service, forget about it! Nobody answers the phone and if you chose the option to leave a voicemail, then the call will drop; effectively making it impossible to leave a voicemail. Not sure why you would have would a customer service number if nobody can reach out with it. So I sent an email and waited a couple of days for a response. When they finally respond, be ready for one-liners only: "We don't have installation instructions". I replies if they could at least double check and confirm if the part the sent me fits my model, per their website: "We cannot confirm fitment" was their answer. With that in mind, I asked if I could return the product, at which point they told me I had to pay for shipping, PLUS a 20% ($40 in this case) "restocking fee". For returning a wrong part they sent me and they couldn't confirm fitment in the first place. FINE. I wrap the part back up, put it in the same box to send it back and the cheapest USPS ground option is...... $185. So I would be $40 + $185 = $225 out of pocket to return a $200 part that does not fit my application. This would be the very definition of a scam - But I'll give them an opportunity to do the right thing and will update this review accordingly.

Do not buy from this place.. I ordered something and immediately knew this was the incorrect part, tried calling all day, tried leaving a voice mail but then rings. Sent 5 emails without responses.. Then they sent the part anyways? Like someone said before, this is a scam.. do not purchase from these people. Don't believe me? Try calling them first you purchase anything.. will be filing a dispute with the bank.
